This week marks the one year anniversary of the Parrish Art Museum's Midsummer Party (hosted by Terrie Sultan, Director of the Parish Art Museum) at its new location in Watermill and also in its new clothes so to speak as its new shell, architecturally speaking, was exceptional to say the least in more ways than one: the museum raised an impressive total of one million dollars, partly due to being the first to be held at the museum's new site in the Hamptons. Restaurants will offer delightful meals and charming lodging choices abound for a delightful nights stay for those who might enjoy making a weekend of it. However, the Braised Short Ribs and Atlantic salmon are in a close second.
